      <image:title>About - Hi, I’m Tara.</image:title>
      <image:caption>I haven’t always been a holistic advocate. In fact, I was about the furthest thing from it when I woke to my transformational journey in my mid-twenties. Serving in the Air Force at the time, I suffered a back injury leading to constant pain, discomfort, and eventually persistent depression. I was told my only option was surgery and medication. Intuitively, I rejected this proposed idea of healthcare entirely. Unsure of what it was that made me think modern medicine was not the answer, I began diving into the world of alternative healthcare and experiencing treatments and healing platforms that have been adamantly dismissed by medical healthcare professionals and establishments. Had I not taken my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health into my own hands, I would never have been able to learn as much as I have about complementary and alternative health. This has led me to discover my passion and purpose to help others urgently searching for a different approach to a collective health and wellness lifestyle. I am continuously augmenting my knowledge on practices, studies, techniques, and products to bring the absolute best value to my clients. Creating and living a holistic lifestyle is an ever-evolving process, and I am so honored to connect with and guide you along this journey.
